Innovation in the Face of Austerity: Building Better Schools

The BCSE Annual Conference 2012 will be held on 12th and 13th November in Liverpool. We are pleased to announce our keynote speakers - including Mike Green, Head of Capital at the Education Funding Agency. Following the start of the Priority Building Programme and the release of the baseline designs our conference will use the story and context of Liverpool to discuss how we continue to build better schools despite the many challenges that face us.

Day 1 - Welcome & Study Tours

11.30 - 13.00     The Foresight Centre, University of Liverpool (registration from 10.30am)

13.00 - 17.00     Study Tours around Liverpool

19.00 - 21.00     Evening Reception at The Foresight Centre, University of Liverpool

 

Day 2 - Main Conference

9.00 - 17.00      Gateacre School, Liverpool (registration from 8.30am)

Costs

£250 + VAT -- schools, LAs, charities, and other education providers

£300 + VAT -- private sector (BCSE Members rate)

£450 + VAT -- private sector

Tickets -- there is no reduction in ticket price if you choose only to attend one day. You can share tickets between different company employees but an additional admin charge of £30 is applicable - please email Suzanne if you require this ticket option.

Tickets must be paid in full and outstanding invoices settled with the BCSE to attend the conference. Refunds can be made if cancelled in writing, however there will be no refunds if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
