BCSE Awards Best of British Schools Awards Party

We welcomed BCSE members, supporters and guests from all over the world to our Awards Party on Thursday 21st June. Although the weather meant the lovely terrace wasn't used as much as it could be we were warmed by the welcoming sound of Princess Frederica C of E's primary school's steel band as we entered. The sound filled the building and people were dancing in meeting rooms!

Honor Wilson-Fletcher, Chief Executive of The Aldridge Foundation was our host and Vic Goddard, Principal of Passmores Academy and star of Educating Essex was a passionate key note speaker in defence of school environments making a difference.

After the awards there were crepes and ice cream to help celebrate or soothe the wounds of those who just missed out.
