The British Council for School Environments (BCSE) is an education charity which pioneers and supports the creation of effective and efficient learning environments. These include learning environments for all learners from early years to higher education.

We believe a learning environment is any place where learning occurs, be that in educational institutions, the community or the virtual learning space.

We have a growing cross-sector membership of over 400 organisations including schools, local authorities, architects, construction companies, suppliers and consultants. The BCSE sits at the heart of a powerful network committed to research, advocacy and innovation.

Membership with the BCSE comes with the privilege of receiving fortnightly e-bulletins which divulge up-to-date and informative developments in our industries, as well as discounts and savings on various external and internal events, conferences and seminars.
